30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement or refund path.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when we made the fulfillment error.
